Global Shipping ProtectionWe reccomend outside Malaysia order to opt for our Global Shipment Protection Plan at RM55. This comprehensive protection covers your valuable or personal shipments against physical damage or loss, giving you peace of mind. Pre-Order Shipping and Delivery Information
Our selected pre-order items allow you to reserve your desired products before they are available for general sale. Below, you will find all the essential information regarding shipping and delivery for pre-order items.
How Pre-Orders Work
Placing a Pre-Order: When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock but will be available soon. Your payment will be processed at the time of placing the order to secure your item.
Estimated Shipping Date: Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date listed on its product page. This date indicates when we expect the item to be ready for shipment. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Process
Notification of Shipment: Once your pre-order item is in stock and ready to be shipped, we will send you a notification email with the tracking information. This email will contain all the details you need to track your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping Times:
- Domestic Orders (Malaysia): Once shipped, your pre-order should arrive within 1-3 business days.
- International Orders: Shipping times for international orders vary depending on the destination but typically take 5-7 business days.
Delivery Details
Combined Shipping: If you order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, we will hold the entire order and ship all items together once the pre-order item becomes available. This ensures that you receive all your items in one shipment as soon as possible
Pre-Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@rareonus.com. Cancellations are accepted until the item is ready for shipment.

Delays: While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, pre-order items may occasionally experience delays due to manufacturing or shipping issues. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected shipping date.

Important Information- Customs and Duties: Rareonus cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. You may be charged duties, taxes, or surcharges imposed by your country as your order passes through customs. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Gifts will still go through standard import procedures and may be taxable if above a local threshold. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering.
- Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).
- Delivery Times: Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
- COVID-19 Delays: Due to certain restrictions from some countries and shipping providers, we may experience longer shipping and delivery times. Rest assured, we will get your jewels to you as soon as possible!
