We reccomend outside Malaysia order to opt for our Global Shipment Protection Plan at RM55. This comprehensive protection covers your valuable or personal shipments against physical damage or loss, giving you peace of mind. If you choose not to opt for this, please note that we are not responsible for any unlikely events of damage or loss during transit.

Pre-Order Shipping and Delivery Information

Our pre-order system allows you to secure handmade, in-house designs before they are officially released. Each pre-order item is meticulously crafted and requires additional time to complete. Below, you will find key details regarding shipping and delivery for pre-order items.

How Pre-Orders Work

Placing a Pre-Order: When you pre-order, you are reserving a handcrafted piece that is made-to-order and not yet ready for immediate shipment. Payment is processed at the time of order placement to secure your item.

Estimated Shipping Date: Each Pre-orders require up to 2 weeks for meticulous handcrafting before shipment. While we aim to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to the meticulous nature of our craftsmanship.

Shipping Process

Notification of Shipment: Once your pre-order item is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:

• Domestic Orders (Malaysia): Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-3 business days.
• International Orders: Shipping times for international orders vary depending on the destination but typically take 5-7 business days.

Delivery Details

Combined Shipping: If you order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item is ready. This ensures that all items arrive together in one shipment.

Pre-Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us at customerservice@rareonus.com. Cancellations are accepted only before the item enters production.

Delays: As each piece is crafted by hand, pre-order items may occasionally require extra time. Should there be any significant delays, we will notify you promptly.

Important Information

• Customs and Duties: Rareonus cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. You may be charged duties, taxes, or surcharges imposed by your country as your order passes through customs. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Gifts will still go through standard import procedures and may be taxable if above a local threshold. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering.
• Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO).
• Delivery Times: Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
• COVID-19 Delays: Due to certain restrictions from some countries and shipping providers, we may experience longer shipping and delivery times. Rest assured, we will get your jewels to you as soon as possible!
