Please note that all items purchased are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage you to carefully review product details, including sizing, before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. Thank you for understanding.

Sample Pieces, Vintage Vault and Perfectly Imperfect items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be sure to carefully review the product details and sizing before purchasing. All sales are final.

At Rareonus, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Return and Exchange Policy: At Rareonus, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. Each item is meticulously inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship and excellence. While the probability of manufacturing defects is very low, we understand that unforeseen issues may occasionally occur.

  • All sales at Rareonus are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items unless they are defective due to manufacturing issues or delivery. (For delivery only applicable for customers who had purchase the Global Shipping Protection Plan- See Shipping and Delivery page)
  • If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to verify the issue and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs and any associated taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items.
  • If you need to ship items back to us, please use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number for your records. Rareonus cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that we do not ship. Unfortunately, lost parcels will not be eligible for store credit, return, or exchange.

Defective Items:

  • If your item is defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and arrange for a replacement.
  • Products that are damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for a refund or exchange

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Products returned to Rareonus will undergo a thorough evaluation. Items that do not meet our specified conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Rareonus Return and Refund Process

  1. Contact Us Promptly Please send an email to customerservice@rareonus.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.

  2. Subject Line In the subject line, specify the reason for your inquiry: "Item Damaged Upon Receipt," "Item Defect," or "Wrong Item Received," followed by your order number.

  3. Attach Clear Pictures Attach high-quality photos clearly showing the condition or damage to the product. This helps us understand the issue better.

  4. Our Assessment Once we receive your email and review the provided information and images, we will initiate the next steps.
