Return and Exchange
At Rareonus, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. Every piece—whether in stock or made-to-order—is meticulously inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and excellence.
All sales at Rareonus are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items unless they are defective due to manufacturing issues or delivery-related damage. (Delivery-related issues apply only to customers who have purchased the Global Shipping Protection Plan—see our Shipping and Delivery page for details.)
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order items are handcrafted, made-to-order designs and are final sale. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered defects.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to verify the issue and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Products that are damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs and any associated taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items.
- If you need to ship items back to us, please use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number for your records. Rareonus cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that we do not ship. Unfortunately, lost parcels will not be eligible for store credit, return, or exchange.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Products returned to Rareonus will undergo a thorough evaluation. Items that do not meet our specified conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

- Subject Line In the subject line, specify the reason for your inquiry: "Item Damaged Upon Receipt," "Item Defect," or "Wrong Item Received," followed by your order number.
- Attach Clear Pictures Attach high-quality photos clearly showing the condition or damage to the product. This helps us understand the issue better.
- Our Assessment Once we receive your email and review the provided information and images, we will initiate the next steps.
